Properties in closed-type residential complexes. VIP real estate in gated-type residential complexes.
We present to you Bulgarian Properties in the so-called “Gated type” complexes. These are residential and commercial areas in Bulgaria with an own living environment. Access most often is carried out with magnetic cards. For inhabitants are provided round the clock security and video surveillance of the common areas. Complexes are maintained by specialized companies for cleaning and landscaping or by appointed personnel. Management of the complexes is carried out by Manager, appointed by the General Assembly of the residents in the complex. Relations between owners are settled by Bulgarian legislation. All users and owners of properties in the complex pay a monthly fee for maintenance and management in the amount approved by the General Assembly. Rights and obligations of property owners in gated complexes are arranged by a contract.
